PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR

Grace Community Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Director to lead our Christ-centered early childhood program. We believe every child is uniquely created by God, and our mission is to nurture their hearts, minds, and spirits through a safe, loving, and faith-filled environment.

Qualifications:

• A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission of Grace Community Fellowship
• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with leadership or administrative experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
• A heart for children and a passion for integrating Christian faith into education
• Willing to consistently attend Grace Community Fellowship
• Affirms and supports the mission, vision & values of Grace Community Fellowship

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and vision for the preschool staff, children, and families
• Oversee daily operations, curriculum, and classroom activities
• Hire, mentor, and support teachers and staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and accreditation standards
• Build strong relationships with families and church leadership
• Model and encourage a Christ-centered culture of learning, compassion, and excellence

Position Details:

Hours: 25-30 hours/week

Start Date: Immediately

PRESCHOOL TEACHER (3-year-old class)

Grace Community Preschool is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher to join our team and lead our 3-year-old class. We are looking for someone who has a passion for early childhood education and a heart for helping young children grow spiritually, academically, and socially in a nurturing Christian environment.

Qualifications:

• Commitment to the mission and values of Grace Community Preschool and Grace Community Fellowship
• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent teaching experience in an early learning setting
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• A nurturing, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered learning environment for 3-year-old children
• Develop and implement daily lesson plans that foster growth in cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual development
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Collaborate with fellow staff and administration to ensure program excellence

Position Details:

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30-12:30

Start Date: Immediately

Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications
