Grace Community Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Director to lead our Christ-centered early childhood program. We believe every child is uniquely created by God, and our mission is to nurture their hearts, minds, and spirits through a safe, loving, and faith-filled environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and vision for the preschool staff, children, and families
• Oversee daily operations, curriculum, and classroom activities
• Hire, mentor, and support teachers and staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and accreditation standards
• Build strong relationships with families and church leadership
• Model and encourage a Christ-centered culture of learning, compassion, and excellence

Qualifications:

• A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission of Grace Community Fellowship
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field; Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with leadership or administrative experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
• A heart for children and a passion for integrating Christian faith into education
• Willing to consistently attend Grace Community Fellowship
• Affirms and supports the mission, vision & values of Grace Community Fellowship
